FMEA TRAINING

Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA Risk MGMT) 2-Day Course

Risk is everywhere and in everything. How do you think about it and get ahead?  ISO 9001 and may other standards/regulations including ISO 13485, AS 9100, IATF 16949, IAQG 9145, 21 CFR 820 are increasingly emphasizing “Risk Management” – are you prepared to imbed “Risk Based Thinking” into your QMS and SOPs? Do you know how?

This course will cover the practical ways of assessing your current risk and how FMEA can be applied to your Current QMS.

Many folks think of an FMEA (both Process and Design) as being little more than a “form” to be filled out – such thinking is in error, there is much more to an FMEA. This course will put you in the right direction in assessing your own risk.

I cannot say whether things will get better if we change; what I can say is they must change if they are to get better.
